Don’t expect much offense in Cleveland on Sunday.
Oddsmakers are anticipating one of the lowest-scoring NFL games of the last decade when the Steelers visit the Browns on Sunday for their Week 11 matchup.
The over/under for the game is sitting at 32.5 points at FanDuel Sportsbook as of Thursday morning, which would be tied for the lowest total in any NFL game over the last ten years, according to Action Network’s Evan Abrams.
The only other game with a pre-kickoff over/under of 32.5 points (or fewer) over the last 10 years was last year’s Saints-Browns contest on Christmas Eve, when weather forecasters called for high winds and a chance of snow in Cleveland.
Even at a historically low number, the under cashed in the Browns’ 17-10 victory.
While it’s expected to be cold and breezy around kickoff time Sunday, the Browns-Steelers low total has more to do with the talent on the field.
Cleveland and Pittsburgh feature two of the best defenses in the NFL.Â
The Steelers have held their opponents to 20 or fewer points in each of their past five games and also lead the league in takeaways and sacks.
The Browns, meanwhile, are, by far, the league leader in yards allowed per game (142.7) and are tied for the fifth-most sacks (30).

Both offenses leave a lot to be desired as well.
Cleveland will start rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson at quarterback after Deshaun Watson was sidelined for the rest of the season with a broken bone in his shoulder.
Despite their 6-3 record, the Steelers have had a tough time moving the ball this season, averaging just 283.6 yards per game, which is the fifth-fewest in football.
Their 17.3 points per game are also the seventh-fewest in the NFL.
This will be the teams’ second matchup, with the first matchup in Week 2 easily clearing 32.5 points when the Steelers emerged with a 26-22 win on “Monday Night Football.”
