Travis Kelce’s homes are no match for Taylor Swift

When Travis Kelce isn’t catching touchdown passes, he’s kicking back in his swanky 10,000-square-foot Kansas City estate.

But there’s no comparing the cozy confines of Kelce’s digs to his new flame Taylor Swift’s jaw-dropping $150 million real estate empire that stretches from coast to coast — and across the pond.

Kansas City, Missouri — $995,000 house

The Chiefs tight end snagged himself a custom-designed, seven-bedroom mansion in Kansas City’s ritzy Briarcliff West neighborhood in 2019.

For a cool $995,000, he made this place his own. The house got a major facelift in 2007, with upgrades aplenty to the main floor and upper level.

Despite boasting an estimated net worth of around $30 million, Kelce was keeping it simple in this lavish abode — that is until he started dating Swift.

The modest home which he purchased for just under $1M in 2019 occupies 10,000 square feet and comes with a pool.

It’s got five bathrooms, two half baths, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a recreation room, a gym and wine storage with a built-in bar. Outside features include a dining space, the expansive swimming pool complete with a gazebo, a private balcony and even a martini deck off the master bedroom overlooking the pool.

This place also boasts two family rooms, a theater room, a study on the main level and a second office/loft on the second level.

Kansas City, Missouri — $6,000,000 mansion

Now, Travis Kelce is leveling up his living situation big time — and part of the reason has to do with Swift.

The Chiefs tight end just bought a new $6 million home in Kansas City, with the sale closing Tuesday.

Travis Kelce’s new estate he just purchased for $6 million occupies 17,000 square feet.

Sources told The Post that Kelce was a little “self-conscious” with his pretty modest pad and wanted something a bit more grandeur to impress his new love interest — mega pop star Swift.

Separately, sources told TMZ, Travis’s old house, was simply far too accessible, and was starting to become a tourist attraction … with people swinging by and staking out the place — Travis was getting uncomfortable with the situation.

Kelce’s new place is way bigger and more secluded than his old house.

Built in 1998, the home is made up of six bedrooms and six baths, occupying roughly 17,000 square feet.

It also screams luxury.

Amenities include a six-car garage, wine cellar, “Beverly Hills”-style pool area, lighted tennis and pickleball court, and miniature golf course situated on over three acres of land.

Orlando, Florida — $350,000 condo

Meanwhile, Kelce also owns a humble 1,434-square-foot condo in Orlando, shared with his parents and his brother, Jason Kelce. This little Florida gem set him back $355,000 when he snagged it in 2019.

On the flipside, Swift’s real estate empire far outweighs Kelce’s. This pop sensation has been dominating the music industry for more than a decade, raking in the big bucks with albums, tours that sell out faster than you can say “Swifties” and merchandise that flies off the shelves.

Travis Kelce’s real estate portfolio is not as expansive as that of new love interest Taylor Swift’s.

Her net worth? A staggering $740 million, making her the second-richest self-made woman in music, just behind Rihanna’s $1.4 billion, and ahead of Madonna’s $580 million.

But it’s not just music that’s been making Swift the queen of the castle. Since 2011, she’s been quietly amassing a real estate portfolio that would make even the most seasoned property tycoon green with envy. With properties in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Rhode Island and more, her real estate holdings are valued at a whopping $150 million.

Swift, 33 and Kelce, 33, were recently seen enjoying a post-game meal at a local Kansas City eatery, and they didn’t just dine and dash. Nope, they shut the place down.

Kelce and the 12-time Grammy winner made Prime Social Rooftop in Kansas City their own personal playground. The fun lasted late, and the lovebirds were reportedly “very affectionate.”

“Travis bought out the restaurant for his family and team. Taylor arrived, wearing a denim dress, and was seen snacking, having some cocktails and dancing alongside Travis,” an eyewitness spilled. “The two were very affectionate with one another but kept things fun and lighthearted. Travis’ teammates also showed up to the after-party, as well as his mom, Donna Kelce. The party lasted until 2 a.m.”
