Brazilian-inspired Miami Beach home lists for $30.6 million

A tricked-out, Brazilian-inspired Miami Beach home is hitting the market for $30.6 million — more than triple the price the seller paid three years ago.

The waterfront home, at 327 E. Rivo Alto Drive on Miami’s Venetian Islands, comes with six bedrooms and six and a half baths.

The original home (which last traded for $9.5 million in 2020) was built in 1939; in 2001, developer Todd Michael Glaser added an additional 3,500 square feet, for a total of 6,072 square feet.

The property features plenty of Brazilian wood — from an oversize counter in the chef’s kitchen with seating for 12 and a custom bench, to floors and decks — along with 30-foot-tall ceilings.

There’s also a glass wine cellar that spans the length of the formal dining room, displaying around 500 bottles.
