‘Barbie’ dream house in Palm Beach drops price

Following a broker swap, interior designer Tracy Turco’s Barbie-pink house in Manalapan, Fla. (just south of Palm Beach), can be yours for $6.8 million, down from its original $7.2 million ask.

Turco and her husband, real estate developer Jerry Turco, bought the pink palace for $6.62 million in March.

The four-bedroom home is at 1500 Lands End Road and comes with 210 feet of waterfront with a private dock, pool and outdoor kitchen, along with membership at La Coquille Club at the nearby Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.

The residence offers high ceilings, handpainted wallpaper and vintage furniture from Zsa Zsa Gabor and Magda Gabor.

The listing broker is Rich Lemon of Beachfront Properties Real Estate. (The Turcos have also listed the late Gabor sisters’ former Palm Springs midcentury home, now asking $2.79 million.)

At the same time, the Turcos have sold their Hamptons home in Sag Harbor for $2.7 million, Tracy tells Gimme.

The couple had bought the home, at 27 Cedar Ave., for $2.6 million in June and tried to flip it for $3.2 million in September.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home was built in 1996 and sits on just under half an acre.

It’s adjacent to a property owned by Kelly Klein, ex-wife of designer Calvin Klein, who’s building a modern glass barn on 1.69 acres that she bought for $15.9 million, as Gimme Shelter reported exclusively.

The listing broker for the Turcos’ Sag Harbor home was Nancy Pearson of Sotheby’s International Realty.
